Other than the Guarantee below, CW Desgins by Carol Wilmot Sullivan makes no express or implied warranties, representations or endorsements whatsoever with respect to the site, the service or the content. CW Designs is not liable for any damages due to failure to make edits, delays in producing the final product or any technical problems, which include loss & destruction of digital files. Because some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, some of the above limitations may not apply to you. In such states, CW Designs by Carol Wilmot Sullivan's liability is limited and warranties are excluded to the greatest extent permitted by law, but shall, in no event, exceed $100.

CW Desgins by Carol Wilmot Sullivan reserves the right to modify or discontinue any design or service without notice; we are not liable for any modifications to the services.

CW Designs by Carol Wilmot Sullivan is not responsible for mistakes missed during the proofing process by the client. Proofreading is the sole responsibility of the customer. Colors are not guaranteed to match your monitor screen, if you want to ensure color accuracy you must purchase a custom printed proof before the entire order is printed.

We will do our best to deliver your order within the time stated for the service. All time periods are estimates. We accept no liability for loss or damage suffered due to late delivery or non-delivery caused by a third party.
