Book A Consult
  1. Consultation
    We welcome you to meet with Carol in her design studio, where you can explore samples and discuss what matters most for your event. You'll have the chance to view menus, save the dates, invitations, and various printing methods.

  2. Proposal
    After your consultation, we’ll craft a personalized proposal that covers everything you need, from save the dates and invitations to signage and menus.

  3. Design
    Carol will collaborate with you to create a unique, custom design that reflects your vision.

  4. Printing
    Once your design is finalized, we oversee the entire printing process to ensure every detail is perfect for your special day.

Production Timeline

Total Estimated Timeline: 8–10 Weeks
Timeline begins after contract, payment, and final wording are received.

  • Design: 2–3 weeks
    Custom design created by CW Designs (Carol)

  • Proofing & Revisions: 2–3 weeks
    Client reviews proofs and submits all changes at one time; revisions completed by Carol

  • Printing & Production: 4 weeks
    Files sent to print after final approval

  • Shipping: 1-2 weeks

Our Detailed Design Process

Carol Sullivan

CW Designs will provide a thoughtfully curated questionnaire to gather the essential details needed to schedule your initial consultation with Carol. This allows us to ensure that your project and vision are the perfect fit for CW Designs’ bespoke approach.

During our meeting, we will explore your design vision in depth—discussing aesthetics, inspiration, and overall direction. Carol will guide you through font selections, color palettes, textures, and design concepts, thoughtfully curating the foundation for a refined and intentional stationery suite.

CW Designs will present your custom design for review through your personal design showcase website.

During this stage, which typically spans 2–3 weeks, we will collaborate to refine and perfect your design. The standard package includes three rounds of revisions to the agreed-upon design, ensuring every detail aligns with your vision.

Following our initial consultation, you will receive a bespoke pricing proposal thoughtfully tailored to your vision. Upon approval, a design agreement will be issued along with an invoice for a 50% retainer based on the total investment. Once the agreement is signed and the retainer is received, we will begin the artful process of creating your custom stationery suite.

Please note: the average investment for CW Designs clients ranges from $3,500–$15,000, with an initial design fee of $1,000.

Depending on the printing process, printing times vary. Final payment is due, then printing will commence.

Typical print times are 4 weeks.

Based on our initial consultation, Carol will create a one-of-a-kind custom design tailored to your vision. Design timelines typically range from 2–4 weeks. If you require an expedited timeline, please reach out to discuss availability and rush fees.

SHIPPING:
Shipping locations can increase the time to receive the finished product. Please notify me as soon as possible PRIOR to approval if expedited shipping is needed (additional charges apply).

PICKUP:
Pickup will be at CW Designs studio.
Please coordinate a pickup time with Carol.
