I approach my design work with a deep sense of empathy, always taking the time to truly understand my clients’ visions, needs, and emotions. I believe that great design is not just about aesthetics; it's about creating something that resonates with the people it’s made for. By listening carefully and connecting with my clients on a personal level, I’m able to craft designs that feel both meaningful and authentic, ensuring every project reflects their unique story and style.

  1. Consultation
    We welcome you to meet with Carol in her design studio, where you can explore samples and discuss what matters most for your event. You'll have the chance to view menus, save the dates, invitations, and various printing methods.

  2. Proposal
    After your consultation, we’ll craft a personalized proposal that covers everything you need, from save the dates and invitations to signage and menus.

  3. Design
    Carol will collaborate with you to create a unique, custom design that reflects your vision.

  4. Printing
    Once your design is finalized, we oversee the entire printing process to ensure every detail is perfect for your special day.

Our Detailed Design Process

CW Designs will send over a Google Doc questionnaire to get the basic information needed to schedule our initial call or conference to meet Carol.

During our meeting we will discuss what you’re looking for design-wise. We will suggest fonts, colors, textures, and designs. We’ll work together in curating the perfect structure to begin the design process.

CW Designs will send over your custom design for review & any revisions via your custom design showcase website (your custom link).

During this stage, typically 2-3 weeks, we will tweak and revise to collaborate to create the perfect design. Three rounds of revisions to the agreed upon design are included in the standard fee.

After our initial consultation, we’ll provide a personalized pricing package tailored to your needs. Once you approve the proposal, we’ll issue a design agreement and request a 50% deposit based on the total estimate. With a signed agreement and the deposit in place, we’ll begin crafting your custom designs!

Please note, the average investment for CW Designs clients ranges from $2,500 to $5,000.

Depending on the printing process, printing times vary. Final payment is due, then printing will commence.

Typical print times are 10-20 business days.

Based on our initial meeting,Carol will design a one of a kind custom design for your needs. Design times vary but are normally run 1-2 weeks. If you’re needing a custom design rushed, please contact us for our turn around time and rush fees.

SHIPPING:
Shipping locations can increase the time to receive the finished product. Please notify me as soon as possible PRIOR to approval if expedited shipping is needed (additional charges apply).

PICKUP:
Pickup will be at CW Designs studio.
Please coordinate a pickup time with Carol.
